As the 2026 Chinese New Year celebrations draw to a close, our factory has launched its annual routine production line technical upgrade and comprehensive inspection. This initiative is aimed at preparing for the new year’s production demands and further strengthening our market position, with a focus on significantly improving both production capacity and product quality.
This annual post-Spring Festival overhaul is a key part of our commitment to quality. Covering the entire production chain from raw material processing to finished product packaging, the upgrade involves targeted optimization of key equipment and full-system inspections to eliminate potential risks.
After the upgrade, the production line will achieve a 30% increase in rock wool board output, enabling us to fulfill large orders more efficiently and shorten delivery times, while also achieving a noticeable improvement in product quality to better meet market demands.
As shown in the attached on-site images, our team is working meticulously around the clock to ensure the upgrade and inspection are completed on schedule with zero defects. The project is expected to finish by the 24th.Feb., with the production line resuming full operations soon after.
