Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? A: We are a manufacturer founded in 2009, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons.
Q: Can you accept neutral packing & OEM? A: Normally, our packing is a vacuum bag with the "DongWuTianZi" logo, but we can accept the neutral packing and OEM. However, customers should pay the OEM packing charge.
Q: Can you provide the sample for free? A: We provide some samples for free, but the express charge should be borne bythe customer.
Q: What's the lead time? A: 7-15 days after receipt of advanced payment.
Q: What's the payment term? A: 30% advanced payment and 70% paid prior to load by TT. We don't accept D/A.
