Standard Items: Orders for standard in-stock specifications are typically processed and prepared for loading within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom / Large-Volume Orders: For customized specifications (special densities, thicknesses, or dimensions) and bulk industrial orders, the production lead time usually ranges from 14–21 business days. The exact timeline will be specified and confirmed in your Proforma Invoice (PI).
Due to the volumetric weight and nature of industrial insulation materials, Sea Freight is our primary shipping method. We offer both:
FCL (Full Container Load): Recommended for bulk orders to maximize cost-efficiency and minimize transit handling.
LCL (Less than Container Load): Available for smaller volume requirements.
Supported Incoterms: We primarily operate under FOB (Free on Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms. Please specify your preferred Incoterm when requesting a quote.
Shipping costs for rock wool boards, blankets, and pipes are highly dependent on total volumetric cube (CBM) and gross weight.
Freight charges are calculated on a case-by-case basis to secure the most competitive real-time rates from our freight forwarder network.
Buyers are welcome to utilize their own designated freight forwarders under EXW or FOB terms.
While exact delivery dates depend on shipping lines and customs clearance efficiency, general ocean transit estimates from our loading port (China) are as follows:
East Asia / Southeast Asia: 7–15 business days
Middle East: 20–30 business days
Europe / North America: 30–45 business days
South America / Africa: 45–60 business days
To ensure material integrity during long-distance maritime transit, all products are packed using export-standard, moisture-proof, and heavy-duty protective packaging (including pallets and high-strength shrink wrapping) to withstand stacking and ocean humidity.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise under specific contractual terms (e.g., DDP), the buyer is responsible for all import customs clearance, local port charges, import duties, and taxes at the destination port. We will provide all necessary standard export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin) to facilitate a smooth clearance process.
Buyers are required to inspect the container seal and external packaging integrity before signing for receipt or unloading the cargo. If any structural damage to the cargo or packaging is observed upon arrival at the destination port, a formal Cargo Damage Report must be filed with the carrier immediately, and photographic evidence must be sent to us within 7 business days to assist in insurance or carrier claims.
