Ceramic fiber module is a pre-compressed insulation unit made of double-sided needle-punched fiber blanket by folding and compressing, adding anchors and restraint accessories. The fiber module is installed on the furnace wall through anchors. After the restraint is released, the pre-compression of the module unit is properly released, and they are squeezed together to form a compact furnace lining in a compressed state. During use, it can effectively compensate for the thermal shrinkage of the fiber and improve the overall insulation performance of the furnace lining. According to different use environments, surface treatment agents can be applied on the working surface of the module to improve the high-temperature performance of the module.
