Expanded PTFE Tape is a type of sealing tape made of 100% pure polytetrafluoroethylene with a unidirectional or bidirectional stretched structure. It boasts excellent properties, including self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature and pressure resistance, cold flow resistance, and creep resistance, making it suitable for almost any sealing surface. It is mainly used for the sealing of flanges, pipelines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, etc., and is applicable to various industries such as the chemical industry, food industry, engineering industry, and pharmaceutical industry.

100% Virgin ePTFE: Produced by expanding 100% virgin PTFE into a highly fibrillated structure that is soft, flexible, and exceptionally strong.
Convenient Self-Adhesive Backing: Features a high-quality adhesive strip on one side, allowing for easy "peel-and-stick" installation even on vertical or overhead flange surfaces.
Exceptional Conformability: The marshmallow-like texture allows the tape to compress into a thin, wide ribbon that fills every pit, scratch, and irregularity on the flange face.
Universal Chemical Resistance: Chemically inert across the entire pH range of 0-14, making it safe for use with aggressive acids, alkalis, and solvents (except molten alkali metals).
