In high-performance metal-faced sandwich panel production, Rock Wool Lamella strips and Irregular (Shaped) Strips together form a complete core insulation system. The Lamella strips, with vertically oriented fibers, deliver primary compressive and tensile strength for the flat areas of the panel. The precision-cut, irregularly shaped strips are designed to fully fill the corrugated ribs of the metal facings.

This combination ensures a continuous, gap-free core with excellent structural support, thermal performance, and Class A1 fire resistance, meeting stringent industrial and architectural requirements.
